Required Qualifications-

  • Very good knowledge of Turkish and English,
  • Experience in the field of gym and spa activities,
  • Ability to work efficiently with different teams and attention to detail,
  • Graduated from Business Management and Marketing departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of field and management experience in fitness and spa sector and sports centres,
  • Has a good command of MS Office programmes,
  • Smooth diction, developed communication skills, smiling face, energetic,
  • Developed organisation and follow-up skills, able to adapt to team work,
  • Knowing the importance of member-customer satisfaction, solution and result oriented, patient, strong persuasion and representation skills,
  • Skilled in planning, reporting, business follow-up and commercially conscious
  • He’ll make sure your day-to-day operation runs smoothly,
  • To be able to follow and control the sports instructors and spa employees working in the field, to support their development with trainings, to have the self-confidence and experience to give presentations and motivating informative seminars on sports and spa issues to members when necessary,
  • To lead special group sessions and to be able to give special PT to members, to have versatile sportive field and session experience,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Heart Centre manager has strong communication and customer service skills and understands that dealing with customers is a never-ending process.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers during promotional events. Demonstrate a friendly character, encourage new members to try new fitness programmes and group classes by offering new member registrations and approved special rates and discounts.
  • The Heart Centre manager should be prepared for any emergency or situation requiring immediate action. Train each staff member on how to respond appropriately, including knowing where to find and use emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers and first aid supplies.
  • The Heart Centre manager should ensure that the right staff are hired for specific positions and that they perform their job duties properly. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all personal trainers and staff have the relevant certificates and the necessary training for their position.
  • The Heart Centre manager develops and oversees marketing strategies to attract new members. Prepares programmes and product offerings according to the physical fitness status of the facility.
  • In case the facility needs maintenance, he/she makes sure that all necessary equipment is available. They also regularly inspect it to ensure that it is safe to use.
  • Recording and organising gym membership data, ensuring that members’ attendance and progress is tracked.
  • Control and ensure the continuity of the Spa’s operation and cleaning practices.
  • To follow the training of the personnel for all kinds of maintenance and applications in the spa.
  • To plan the preparation of Maintenance and Cures within the framework of the prices to be determined. To ensure that the curing programmes are controlled and that the treatments are applied correctly.
  • To follow up the incoming bookings.
  • -o ensure that necessary precautions are taken for the safety of guests and staff during Spa Operation.
  • To ensure that periodic maintenance of all electronic care-therapy equipment in the Spa is carried out, to ensure that the devices and equipment are in working condition.
  • To check the proper functioning of the Spa Vitamin Bar; to ensure that the needs such as staff, fresh fruit, herbal teas are identified and completed.
  • To ensure the proper functioning of all changing rooms, to follow the availability of complete materials
  • To check that the music and camera system is always working.
  • To prepare the daily department report and send it via e-mail and to submit the situations that are not fulfilled to the General Manager by carrying out the Duty Location Due Diligence, Inspection and Controls in a timely manner.
