Graphic Designer 

We are looking for a colleague to work as a “Graphic Designer ” within the Baştaşlar Group located in Esentepe, North Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements and digital assets.
* Create visually stunning presentations and proposals for project bids and client meetings.
* Design engaging graphics for social media campaigns, website content, and email newsletters.
* Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Work closely with project managers to conceptualize and produce visual materials for construction projects, including signage,
renderings, and site graphics.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and construction marketing.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a construction or related industry.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
* Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of construction terminology and familiarity with architectural drawings and concepts is a plus.
* Experience in photography, video editing, or 3D modeling/rendering is desirable but not required.
